Forced us to get mortgage points, by charging us with high amount. Would not explain clearly why charging us on this even though we had good credit scores and put good amount of down payment.

The timeline of responses or answers we needed from Marco were quick and the numbers given to us so we would know exactly how much we would need to bring to close was accurate to the cent and never changed.
