Great communication especially since our original contact for our loan left while we were in closing. The transion was seamless to Jason and he was great with communication and helping us finalize and close on our house.

Jeromy was great. The delays that are built in to the system are incredible. Shouldn't take 2-3 days for simple changes, and we had more than anticipated
