Austin was always there to answer our questions and to help us through all of the documentation required to process the loan. Since all communication was over the phone and through email, it was nice to meet him in person at the closing.

Tony was very responsive and got me a great fixed rate. Only thing I don't like is FCM is selling my mortgage to someone else. I understand it's commonly done now i just don't like that uncertainty.
