Less questions and less paperwork that was needed all the time.

Hi James! So sorry we had so many questions and needed so much paperwork, but we follow Fannie and Freddie guidelines and if we wouldn't have needed the extra paperwork, we would have for sure not asked for it.Thanks, and Happy New Year!
