Honestly, it was a great experience. Very responsive and attentive to all questions. I never felt lost and always knew what was going on next .

we loved that our wuestions were answered within a timely manner. we also loved how everything was explained to us multiple times so that we understood it better.

Jennifer was communicative but it wasn't comstant constant meetings/convwrsations. We chatted a few times and she got a clear picture of what my family was looking for and then executed it very timely and independently which was super nice...
