Was pulled around for an entire year about refinancing. Paid all costs, including inspection. Nothing ever happened. Please heed my warning, they may do great, they may end up screwing everything.

We had bumps throughout process. Ashley communicated what was needed. Once she received all information, she went to work to ensure I understood all steps in process. The Fannie Mae class was very informative and helped me to learn the process....
