Ken was able to assist me in getting pre-qualified and then qualified for mortgage financing. Due to my schedual he made it possible for all paperwork to be completed online but he was always available if I had questions.

Lisa was amazing for this being the first time going through the loan process. She got back in a timely manner. I had a lot of questions and she always made sure she gave me an answer even if she need to ask others
