As first time home buyers we had a LOT of questions and Mark did so well answering them. He was patient and understanding. He explained things in a nice way that we could understand and was super prompt with everything!

This was my first time buying a home on my own. Eric explained everything, answered all my questions, and kept me informed on the progress. He went out of his way to pick up and return documents to my home.
