A little better communication. We thought you ere ready and scheduled closing then had to cancel and sellers had to do closing by mail which the didn't want to do.
Rhonda did a great job for buyer's I was working with. She received
the application following a delay and closed on contract date.
The closing had to be postponed twice due to the buyers mortgage not being completed within the time frame on the purchase agreement.
Will was professional, helpful, and straightforward throughout the whole process. It was a pleasure to work with him through this strenuous process.
