Mike was easy to work with. He worked with us until we got a loan that worked for us. He was very prompt in responding. He explained things further for us when needed. Overall it was a great experience working with him.
Personal service, learning one’s name and really trying to make my mortgage work. Sam Fata and all his colleagues — Alisha Sorensen, Tammy Kennan, Sean Bursfield at the Frandor branch— every person I spoke with was phenomenal!!!!!!!
As a first time home buyer, they walked me through the steps and made it very easy for me to do all the paperwork.
Filling this survey out is not making this experience great.
Janice was great. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was great to work with. It made our purchase of the property very easy. We appreciated all of her help with the transaction.
