He served a buyer who was buying my listing so did not have direct experience. He was prompt in communicating when asked a question

Buyer rushed this transaction. I believe Jon did an admirable job for Buyer. Buyer/Agent did not relay status of transaction to Listing Agent. We were never notified of C to C until day before closing and Seller had to come from out of town....

Eric stepped in when another lender was not doing the best job. He was efficient and communicated with everyone every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to other clients! Thank you Eric!!
