Will is always there to answer any questions I have for him, even if it is on the weekend. I never have to ask for an extension on a Transaction, we always hit our Closing date.

I would highly recommend Joel Fritz and team for your mortgage needs, they were knowledgeable and timely. I appreciated their expertise with my construction loan.

Mike was terrific to work with! He always answered calls/emails, or called back right away, even when he was out of the office. He was patient with all of my questions. I would definitely use Mike again for a loan!
