I CONTACTED SAM WITH A NEED FOR A HELOC AND A QUICK 4 WEEK CLOSING. MY BANK AT HOME SAID IT WOULD BE A MINIMUM OF 8 WEEKS. SAM, WENT TO WORK AND GOT THE TRANSACTION CLOSED IN 4 WEEKS. I AM VERY GREATFUL TO SAM AND DART BANK AND WOULD RECOMMEND...
