Phil joined Dart Bank in July of 2021 and brings over 20 years of Commercial Banking experience. Phil began his career in sales, then moved into the Equipment Leasing Business in the late 1990’s. He then transitioned into Commercial Lending with National City Bank before going to work with Michigan Certified Development Corp, specializing in SBA 504 loans, and spent 10 years with Ann Arbor State Bank/Level One in commercial lending. Phil earned his bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University in 1990. He enjoys spending time with his family, in the gym and his bike, walking his two Golden Retrievers, and playing bass guitar in a rock and roll band. He has served on many local boards and was a Rotarian for 12 years.
