    I highly recommend Sam Fata. He helped us with our new build loan and the process was quite simple and processed efficiently with great communication during the whole process.

    Sam was super easy to communicate with and prompt when returning any communication. The whole process was easier to navigate than I thought it was going to be and everyone involved was so kind and helpful
