Michael and the rest of the staff were available and approachable. We had some issues with our closing date, but Dart was always ready to close. Very knowledgeable, quick with solutions, and excellent to work with.

Both times I've worked with Todd has been a great experience. Appreciate that Dart bank allows 5% down. We had a smooth experience. I never thought in my lifetime I'd be building a house. Thanks for making that dream happen.
