My experience with LaVonne was wonderful. My experience with the underwriter wasn’t very g. The communication was poor. Wasn’t pleased with everything in loan which I didn’t know would be there.

Poor and not efficient communication. Had to work this loan with 4 people and sent duplicates of required documents. It was confusing.
