Process was very easy … the only thing I can say that I didn’t like was the 3% origination fee but I guess I will save a lot more than that over the life of the loan.
Communication could have been more clear in explaining the process, what to expect. Discuss options and what each options mean. The refinance moved forward without confirming what I wanted to include. Resulting in having to redo paperwork.
