The service and the help
Nothing to do with the staff or bank. In my circumstance the policies takes away the convenience of online banking. I had to open an account to make what I needed work.
Tony seemed knowledgeable and was easy to work with.
Fantastic working with the local team. They truly understand my personal and business.
I appreciated receiving an email regarding the recent CD promotion as well as a follow up voice mail from Chrissy. Receiving email surveys from CIBM is a positive sign, in that CIBM encourages feedback from its customers.
