Tom Sparks was beyond helpful! SouthPoint bank is extremely efficient. Have used Tom for two house purchases and would use NO one else. Paperwork was handled and explained easily.
Tom was excellent at communicating anything needed of me and was able to handle any hiccups along the way. I have already reccomended him to several close friends and will continue to do so.
Bob was great to work with. He knew exactly what was needed and when it should be received. As the closing date got closer, he was in close communocation with us, letting us know what the status was at every stage.
