    David stayed late on numerous occasions to make sure the loan process went through smoothly. David also reached out to the the underwriters and the entire team to make sure the loan closing was on track.

    Our experience through this transaction was awful. Too many people involved, incorrect communication, no context behind their role or requests for information. Never once did someone pick up the phone to call us to explain or introduce themselves....
