Info wasn't always clear on what was needed or we had to be send same info multiple times. When asked about cash out at closing was given the point buy down amount & not approximate cash amount . Found out the difference only a couple of days...

For the most part everything was quick and smooth. I informed David that we had a tight timeline and he got us preapproved quickly and through the process efficiently until the small glitch at the end.
