Brad was attentive and knowledgeable. He was able to answer questions and provide a sense of security as I begin a large building project.
Although I asked many questions, and a few might have been viewed dumb, but she never made me feel dumb for asking to explain certain banking/real estate jargon, she never hesitated to do it. Thanks for NOT making me feel less than human.
