Great communications and providing visual aids to show where the loan process is at and where it is headed. Also, video highlighting refi options very helpful and unique in this industry.
Valerie and her team are the best. They went the extra mile to assist me during the loan process. They’re very responsive, and respond to emails or questions in minutes after receiving it.
