Despite having a crazy and hectic schedule, Jim and Hope were patient and worked with me to get through the process, despite the lender themselves (GTE) not being that communicative.

Everything was explained thoroughly, we are fist time homebuyers so that was extremely helpful. I loved the weekly updates to keep uson track and especially loved the voice memos, made it easier to digest. And the portal was super easy to navigate...
