Very friendly and responsive Still not sure about all the nickel and diming with the fees, seems a little corrupt but I'm not sure who's fault that is or how we got to this point. But Trish was very nice And took care of everything .

The first time we used Annie Mac, everything went smoothly. This time, I don't know what happened but there was such awful communication and missed/mixed messaging, that it added so much stress to an already stressful buying/selling procedure....
