Roberto was outstanding. I was worried about who to choose to take out a loan with, but Roberto's customer service had me convinced Amerisave was the way to go in the first 10 minutes. Promote that man!

Felt that there was open and honest communication. A few "unexpected" things (like having to close my HELOC with NFCD) - but procsess was straight forward and concise.
