I was led to believe that we would be receiving a specific rate when in reality we were not receiving that rate, and had to buy down the rate resulting in us paying thousands extra at closing.

Pam was fantastic! I think the pressure to try and schedule early was unnecessary and not appreciated . The walk throughout were a slice of h*ll though the real estate people did their best, seller left a mess i maybe should have refused instantly...
