Poor communication at the end. Last minute issues came up that could have been avoided. Funding was delayed, causing the closing to be delayed a couple days.
John made everything so easy. He worked with our realtor to ensure they were both aware of any needs or changes. This really made things a breeze for us. The customer service is exceptional!!
