John is awesome, very communicative. He also locked in our rate when rates dropped a bit, just getting a sense that it was a down day and we're already in the middle of the process. That turned out to be a great move as rates jumped afterwards....

John and Helen were extremely helpful through the entire home buying process. Any question I had, they were able to provide clear and extremely thorough answers. I even called on the weekends, and the support I recieved was still top notch.
