Other than the new system Advisors was using Im sure things will run smoother as time goes on.
The communication process was very clear and Mike and Zofia were very responsive and “on top” of everything that I needed in a timely fashion.
Expecting more communication about the process, requirements, viability of the options that the customer has, explanations about escrow costs, insurance inclusion/removal from escrow etc.
