Better communication between members involved in my mortgage and myself and not requesting documents such as paystubs, W2's, tax returns and bank statements repeatedly on monthly basis.
Michael and his team are great, they’ll support you and answer your questions whenever you need them. Just try not to bug him when UF has a football game, lol!
