Ed was always available and very informative.

We received personalized service, and felt the staff really worked together to help us with our purchase.

Overall great. There were a few times when we were searching for homes and wanted to make a bid and it took a little longer than anticipated to get an answer. Kevin should us great care and was mostly prompt in providing answers.

The Bill Mervin mortgage team is awesome! I would recommend their team to many friends and family. They made my experience easy going.

From day one, Ed was super communicative, patient, understanding, and helpful. He made himself available whenever we needed him, and this process would not have gone nearly as well if we didn't have him in our corner! We are grateful for all...

This was a challenging situation which Bill and his team helped me navigate so I was able to keep my home for my 2 special needs sons. I will never forget all the work and help everyone did.
