Joe has been so responsive, diligent, patient, and conscientious about the right approach to meet our specific needs. My husband and I both appreciated the attention to detail, quality of service, knowledge and expertise that Joe offered us....

Joe was very transparent always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Also made the entire process as seamless as could be would recommend all my friends and family to Joe

Joe was super easy to communicate with and responded promptly!

Luminate Bank has received a review with 5 star rating from Adam N

Ken is a great resource for understanding the process and the overall financial environment as well. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Overall the process took a long period of time, 3 months. The service of the loan was great with Lissett. She was pleasant and easy to work with.

Very quick and worked with you throughout the process and made the process very easy and communicated very well
