Dealing with Mike was fine. The problem was with the person who wrote up the loan. There was a severe lack of communication from that person. While we ended up with the house in the end, we had to fight to get information and changes to documents....

Communication and urgency from the underwriters. We had to wait over a week to receive a clear to close. Mike was amazing but the process outside of his lane was very frustrating at times.
