Communication was excellent! Mike always got back to me super quick!
Mike is excellent at comminucating and was very responsive throughout the transaction.
and my agent explain everything they make me understand everything. I'm glad I miss him because they did help me a lot to get this house so I gave them 100%.
Communication and urgency from the underwriters. We had to wait over a week to receive a clear to close. Mike was amazing but the process outside of his lane was very frustrating at times.
documents were uploaded from the very beginning ond got overlooked or not seen at all until the last week.
