His communication is great. I could most always get ahold of him. Even if it was a weekend or after hours. Which is very important in real estate because we all know real estate doesn't keep normal office hours.

The appraisal came in LOW....but with Colton's knowledge of ghe the area, we were able to go back to the appraiser withvmore comps and we made value! Buyers and sellers were happy!
