The whole team is knowledgable and Colleen took care of a situation with the HOA and was able to resolve the issue immediately.

The experince was okay. I would recommend the communication be more direct throughout the process. A lot of the process, we felt rushed to sign things without an explanation and it was a lot of "hurry up and wait". Things were done out of order....
