Ada explained everything in detail. With this being my first time buying a home she was very helpful.
This buyer thought she could never own her own home ... thought she'd have to rent forever. CCM realized we needed a co-signor and Mom was added (who is disabled and lives with her)... there were lots of obstacles to overcome for buyer ......

From my initial conversation with Coley, to speak with Kelli Lee, and finally with Bernadette Cagle. Top to bottom this was a tough deal to close with a very young knowledgeable client at all. we were able to close this one.
