Why this was a great experience for us is because of the patience that was taken with us. With this being our first home purchase process a lot of things were not easy to understand. So they really make things easy and have a lot of patience....

I never once spoke to the actual LO himself. I spoke to Dan multiple times and he was helpful and friendly. I called the office one time and the recepionist may have been new, however, she asked me 20 questions which was aggravating b/c I knew...
