The first lender was not able to complete the loan process due to appraisal requirements so agent moved the buyer to Guild Mortgage and everything moved forward and went great! Thank you!

A overall wonderful person. He helped us when I thought it wasn’t possible. He talked us through the good and the bad. Very understanding and very knowledgeable.
A really great guy . I would recommend him to anyone. Very helpful and thoughtful. we came into some difficult obstacles and he helped us work through them and kept our faith .
