It was quick, accommodating, and all business. Got what I was promised upfront. Completed via long distance in less than a month.
I have worked with Colby many times, she is one of the nicest, most hard working person I know. She is very good at informing me of my options and then making it a reality. The services she provided were of great help to get the refi done.
I was promised certain things in my refinance process, and received almost the total opposite. The process was twice as long as necessary, and communication was lacking.
