Staff was always available to answer our questions either online, by phone, or in person. We were always followed up with during the whole process. Also, we were updated on every step of the closing process.
The most horrible experience since the beginning!! Lack of communication. Only way she communicated was via text. Never had time to speak over the phone.
Ana was extremely helpful and very informative! She worked diligently to meet our needs!
