Loan officer needs access to all paperwork before it is sent. I was on a budget with closing costs and it seemed like Cliff didn't even know what they were until I brought it up. It wasn't him, he did what he could to get them down.

Cliff continuously went over and beyond the call of duty . His work ethics are over and beyond reproach.
This man will go to bat for you and not stop to make your home ownership dreams a reality! I was a hard loan to work but he never once made me feel like he was not 100% there for me! I recommend Cliff I million times over!
