Not knowing that I couldn't walk into a branch and obtain assistance was frustrating. Having to make an appointment to get service is highly inconvenient. Then being told that a manager wouldn't be in office until the 21st was frustrating....

I always get great customer service anytime I call CIBM with questions on my account. Very professional!
Bridget was extremely helpful every step of the way making it so that we felt comfortable. She made sure we were well informed about the process every step of the way.
The process was fast and easy.
I think Ashley's quick help with same-day response made all of a difference. Next I will look to see if I can setup a safety deposit box.
Application process review could be quicker.
