Not knowing that I couldn't walk into a branch and obtain assistance was frustrating. Having to make an appointment to get service is highly inconvenient. Then being told that a manager wouldn't be in office until the 21st was frustrating....

Bridget was extremely helpful every step of the way making it so that we felt comfortable. She made sure we were well informed about the process every step of the way.
The process was fast and easy.
