The process was very easy and there were no mistakes or mishaps. I received a good loan and great rate and would use Clay again for my next home purchase.
Clay was "Johnny on the spot" to reach out to us, but his follow-up game leaves much to be desired. He set us up with an appointmoint then failed to show up or give courtesy call in advance to let us know he would not be there.

Being a first time home buyer and one of the youngest customers clay has had, he was so patient & made everything such a smooth and easy process !! Highly recommend Clay with first home morgage !!
Worked with Clay for my first home purchase. He explained the whole process and made it a low stress, clear experience. Easy to work with - he answered any questions I had.
Clay was able to walk me through the process in an easy way for me to understand being that I am a first time home-buyer and was also able to answer any question I threw his way.
