Cindy came in the middle of a transaction and was able to pick up where it needed, she helped my client get the 10k grant from habitat and made the transaction go smooth!

Cindy at Guild is a wizard! She saved a deal for my buyer this week when the lender who originally approved her just had nothing for her. She closed on her house yesterday because of Cindy's efforts.
