    Cindy was helpful in expeditiously processing our mortgage. We’ve dealt with her on multiple properties. She also attended closing with us which was very helpful as we were not represented by a realtor.

    Overall communication could have been better. Between the broker, her assistant and the underwriter, we had to submit the same documents several times. It seems a better system of document organization would improve things.
