I truly appreciated the timely responses to my emails and phone calls. She would keep me informed on the progress of the loan and what to expect of the next steps. In my opinion, that’s Solid Gold service!!

There was miscommunication between Cindy and I and Dana and Aaron on several items that were needed to get this loan done but it was not all her fault. Dana email would not receive what I sent her most of the time and Cindy was in the hospital...
