Multiple deadlines were missed by Chuck and his team. They have no sense of urgency and fully lack communication skills. Nothing was done upfront--everything was last minute even with extended deadlines.
Very helpful. I just got confused on the information I needed, But we closed and all is well.

I tried calling and left multiple voicemails just to talk to someone about my application. No one returned my calls. Interest rate was locked weeks before closing, although I asked for it not to be locked till later
I provided financial reports that i was able to more than pay cash for the house and yet i was asked over and over to submit more and more. This was underwriting not Chucks employees. Other than that it was a pleasure.
